Brinker sued over alleged violations of employee break laws
SAN DIEGO (July 17) - SAN DIEGO - A Superior Court judge here certified a class of 63,000 former and current Brinker International Inc. employees as plaintiffs in a case against the parent of Chili’s, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Maggiano’s Little Italy and other brands over alleged violations of California law requiring meal and rest breaks, a published report quoting an attorney for the workers said.

The new array of $1items will include a new ham, egg and cheese sandwich, dressed with honey butter and served on a sesame-seed bun, that BK has dubbed the Hamlette.
