In fact, Jason Alba is on to part of the same thing that made me want to start my blog. And that is there is an extrordinary amount of misunderstanding and misinformation when it comes to job seekers (AKA candidates) and their relationships with recruiters. My goal with this blog is to clear a little bit of the fog, so that at least candidates can know what some of the secrets to working successfully with recrutiers are.Jessica Alba (long lost relative?)

I really like what Jason is doing with JibberJobber. I plan to keep an eye on it and be a regular contributor, at least with comments on his musings. One of his articles Love Your Recruiter has quite a few of my comments on it, and I will probably bring some of those over here in an addition to my Recruiting Myths series.

Dave Mendoza (whose blog is Six Degree from Dave) does a fabulous write up of Jason Alba and what his site is all about. If that doesn’t make the young man’s stock rise, doubt that much will. Well, maybe if we learned that Jason was related to Jessica. :-)
